  • Early Bird Price: $55 per competitor

  • Multi-athlete family discounts: $105 for two, $155 for three

  • Price Rises on Oct 12th to $65 per competitor

  • Team Entry: $40 per team ( Have one person register for your team of 4) 

  • Use two different registration forms for TEAM RELAY and INDIVIDUAL 100 METER runs

🏆 This World Series event may qualify athletes for the US Team for the 100M OCR race  at the World Championships in Sweden! ( Check with USAOCR: https://usaocr.org for details)  🏆🇸🇪

 

 

🏅 Age Categories & Champions:

Five age categories will declare a male and female champion:
🥇 Large Trophies for 1st place in all divisions and 🏅 medals for 2nd to 3rd and up to 5th place in youth!

  • Youth Champion (Ages 10-15)

  • Teen Junior Champion (Ages 16-19)

  • Adult Senior Champion (Ages 20-39)

  • Pro Elite  Champion (Ages 10+)

  • Masters/Veterans Champion (Ages 40+)

 

 

📊 Age Groups: 

  • Youth: Ages 10-15 (sub-groups: 10/11, 12/13. 14/15)

  • Teen Junior: Ages 16-19

  • Adult Senior: Ages 20-39

  • Masters: Ages 40+

  • Veterans: Ages 60+

  • Pro Elite: Ages 10+

Age group category for Youth and Veteran athletes is the age of the athlete on race day. Age group category for Junior, Senior and Masters athletes is the age you are on December 31st, 2024 (the age you turn this year). An athlete who is 15 years old on race day but turns 16 on or before December 31, 2024 will race in the Youth 14/15 category. An athlete who is 59 years old on race day but turns 60 on or before December 31, 2024 will race in the Veterans  category.

Team Categories:

* All Female, All Male, Mixed ( Must be 10 or older on day of event) ( 4 competitors per team) 
 

 

⏰ Time Schedule - October 19th:

  • 8:30 AM: Check-in

  • 9:00 AM: Rules for Ages 10-15 (No modifications for younger ages)

  • 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM: 100M Preliminary Course Runs for Ages 10-15 (Two course runs per person)

  • 12:00 PM: Rules for Ages 16+

  • 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM: 100M Preliminary Course Runs for Ages 16+

  • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Semi-Finals & Finals

  • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Team Relays (Mixed, All-Female, All-Male) – Limit 16 teams

 

 

🏋️‍♂️ Friday, October 18th – Open Gym:

There will be an open gym from 1 PM to 8 PM on the standardized Ninja Core Speed Training Course.

  • Drop-in Class: 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM for tips and tricks on the course

  • Cost: $25 per family or $20 for a day pass

  • Personal Training: Available upon request for an additional fee

 

 

🏃‍♂️ How It Works:

  • Each participant gets 2 qualification runs, with the best time recorded ⏱️.

  • The top 8 males and 8 females in each age group move to the Semi-Finals.

  • If 4 or fewer participants qualify, they move straight to the Finals 🚀.

  • Run order in Semi-Finals is based on preliminary times (8th place runs first, 1st place runs last).

  • In the Finals, the top 4 males and 4 females run again (4th place runs first, etc.).

  • The fastest time in the Finals wins the 🏆 trophy, and 2nd through 5th places receive 🏅 medals.

  • Top 3 times in the following age categories (10/11, 12/13, 14/15) will be recognized even if their times come from preliminary runs.

  • Top scores will be posted on Ninja Core Training's Facebook page as the fastest times on the USA 100M Course! 🔥

  • Limited to 100 participants – sign up early!

TEAMS 

  • Must have a team of 4 people

  • Mixed teams must have 2 female and 2 male participants

  • All team relay participants must be age 10 by the day of the event (Oct 19th, 2024)

  • Each team gets 2 qualification runs. Best time is recorded

  • Top Scoring Team in each category  is declared the Champions!

  • Limit of 16 total teams can compete  

  • Awards to top winners
